More and more buyer's are waiting. Waiting for the bottom of the prices. Well, now is not the time to wait. More and more seller's are in tune with pricing their homes to SELL Quickly and we're seeing multiple offers out there. Motivation needs to be on both the seller and buyer these days. We used to feel that when a seller decides the time is right for them, they'll reduced their price and the sale will follow. Buyer's now are watching this step. They venture out and look at 20-30 houses during their home search. Then they sit back and watch the house they want drop in price. Sometimes this happens but most of the time the house receives more than one contract, so in the end, the buyers really lose.
I suggest that when the house you find is the house you really WANT, don't hesitate, jump in, put that contract in writing so the seller knows how serious you are. The sellers are serious too, if they want to really sell and are MOTIVATED to sell, THEY WILL and YOU may just be the perfect buyer's for them.
